Touchdown Cottages offer are 4 new cottages with modern facilities and all have 2 bedrooms. There is also a fold out bed for a fifth person. Each cottage has a large kitchen with a full gas oven, gas top and microwave.
Runway View and the Rock Garden cottages have 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. They have a bathroom and an extra toilet. All the cottages are completely private from each other with 4 cottages spread across 6 acres of land. There are no neighbours to the property.

A fabulous base to going walking, skiing, mountain-biking and explore the rest of the Snowy Mountains region.

“We are using technology to create energy and resource efficient accommodation. Our unique cottages are powered by solar power with no grid connect and use rain water that falls on site.
Our cottages are constructed using local granite so they can blend into the environment. The new cottages are built to be insulated from the winter cold and the summer heat. Double glazed and double insulated cottages which are orientated to make the use of the Sun where the hot summer Sun does not enter the cottages and in winter the Sun flows in to keep the cottages warm.
In winter with the use of a wood fired heater the cottages stay toasty warm and if not regulated properly can get quite hot.
Our Snow Gum woodland environment supports native birds and animals which come and go as they please.”

The four private Touchdown cottages are set in a glorious bushland park which is very private, with no neighbours and only 2 kms from town. There are beautiful views of the Snowy River Valley from the large patios. The cottages are set on 6 acres with many native animals to amuse the kids.
There are excellent views of the mountains and surrounding country side and filtered views of the Lake and township of Jindabyne.
The cottages are very comfortable with modern appliances and entertainment centre. Heating is supplied by a wood fired heater which makes the cottages very cosy, as well as full insulation and double glazed windows. The onsite manager makes sure that all your needs are taken care of to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The four Snowy Mountains cottages are independent with their own aspect and privacy.
