– If you wish to paddle along the river, you can bring your kayak
– Please bring your firewood and firestarter to use the outdoor firepit
– Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

– Continental Breakfast Package is available for an extra cost of $25 per person. Please advise contacting the land host 24 hours before arrival.
– Breakfast includes granola, cereal, fresh fruit, 2x greek yogurt, orange juice, 1 milk, t2 and coffee, 2 spreads, 2x Jane Dough croissants

River View Tiny House sits on 6-acres of land that stretches across the banks of Merri River, where you can walk down the river banks to enjoy the peace and tranquil waters of the river. There, you can have wonderful picnics, a little barbeque, a couple of beers, and explore the place to yourself.

If you plan to bring your soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, we ask that you bring biodegradable products to ensure that greywater runoffs flow easily and do not harm the environment. Thank you!”
