Each luxury safari tent is suitable for two people, featuring a spacious queen bed, intimate lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and luxurious private ensuite with waterfall shower. Perfect for couples!
The kitchenette allows you to make a cup of tea or coffee, cook some breakfast, or prepare produce sourced from some of the fantastic surrounding towns.
Each tent has an exclusive verandah with plenty of opportunities to put your feet up, soak in the sun or see the star filled skies. With an indulgent outdoor bath situated on each verandah you will experience absolute bliss during your stay in one of our safari tents.
The addition of a wood burner in the living area, coupled with a relaxing couch makes it the perfect place to curl up in any type of weather.
Currajong Retreat provides a variety of dinner options highlighting local produce.
You can choose to have dinner in the privacy of your tent or at the homestead.
We will also host events such as bonfires and roast dinners with local farmers.
All tents are non-smoking. Limited WiFi is available on request, but due to the locality we suggest you switch off and recharge.

Embraced by farmlands and the South East Forests National Park, Currajong Retreat is located on Currajong Common, a 100 acre working Angora Goat Farm. With many on-site activities including bush walking, swimming, picnics, bird watching, farm experiences, especially getting up close and personal with the friendly Angora Goats. Experience what the Sapphire Coast has to offer through a wide variety of local tours and activities including; oyster tours, kayak tours, endless beaches, whale watching, horse riding trails, hiking trails, produce markets, gin distillery, micro brewery, restaurants and cafes.

An important part of who we are, is the sustainable nature of the Currajong Common Farm and Currajong Retreat. We care about our environment and have worked hard to ensure that we take a responsible approach in looking after ourselves, our farm, animals, guests and the land.
Our aim has been to source and introduce many environmentally sustainable products. The property is completely off-grid and uses natural water sources and solar power, with limited gas for energy needs.
Holistic farming and low stress stock handling are the principles that drive the management of our farm. If our farming principles are of interest to you, or if you would merely like to “hang out” with our awesome mob of goats, you are welcome to spend any time you like with our farmers.”

WOW! That’s all I have to say. The accommodation was so luxurious and comfortable. It was my partner’s 30th birthday and I opted to have a couple of optional extras including a candlelit dinner and a picnic. Jenny is such an awesome host and her cooking was divine!
We really enjoyed switching off from technology – note there is no reception, so you just need to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The bath on the balcony was incredible! Alcohol and food was plentiful. I could go on and on, thank you so much Jenny for the memories that will last a lifetime 🙂
