With a gorgeous award-winning cellar door and wines and pizzas and tasty platters available on the weekends, often accompanied by regarded local musicians, Burnbrae is a must visit during your stay.
A little further down the road, is the Honey Haven, a renowned Mudgee institution. The Honey Haven offers guests the chance to taste and purchase a wide range of traditional and flavoured honey’s, mead and some lovely gifts. The attached café also offers coffee and light snacks.

We chose geodesic dome glamping accommodation because it allows us to cast a minimal footprint on the environment, whilst still providing our guests with a unique, indulgent, and comfortable stay.
In keeping with Eco sustainability each dome is supplied with its own rainwater tank for showering and kitchen use. We ask for your support in ensuring there is no water wastage and that you keep your water usage to a minimum during your stay. Drink water is readily available through the drinking water dispensers installed in each dome.
All your dome needs are proudly run-on solar power, and solar power alone. There is ample power for your lighting, water heating and cooling/heating needs. Our toilets are managed through a sensitive water treatment system, ready for recycling the water back into the paddock. and is another example of our commitment to the environment.”

Set amongst a beautiful backdrop of natural Australian bushland, Hideaway Domes is located on ‘Belbourie’, a beautifully undulating 1000-acre property, only 15 minutes’ drive from Mudgee.
Spacious, structurally robust, aerodynamic, and breathtaking in its appearance, the dome allows guests to immerse themselves in the beautiful bush surrounds, without the discomfort and hassle of camping.
With walks to suit all fitness levels, vistas that showcase the beautiful countryside, sunrise and sunset and an ocean of stars at night our guests feel like they are reconnecting not only with themselves, but with nature. A local family of soaring wedge tailed eagles, kangaroos, echidnas and an abundance of other bird and wildlife provide guests with an appreciation of really having arrived in the country.
